Welcome to Seamless Cosmetic Travel (“Seamless,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”), operated by I Heart MDE LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you (“you,” “client,” “traveler,” or “user”) and Seamless regarding your access to and use of:
Our website and any affiliated digital platforms (collectively, the “Site”);
Our concierge coordination services for cosmetic, medical, dental, and travel experiences;
Organized trips such as the Glow Up Girls Trip;
Custom travel planning, partnerships, or marketing collaborations; and
All related content, products, or services we offer (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing our Site, submitting an inquiry, completing a booking, or engaging with any of our Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of our Site and Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Site or booking through Seamless, you confirm that you:
Are legally able to enter into binding contracts;
Have provided accurate, current, and complete information; and
Are not using our Services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
If you are booking or coordinating on behalf of another traveler, you are responsible for ensuring that all participants have read and agreed to these Terms.
Seamless Cosmetic Travel acts as a concierge coordination and marketing service, not a medical provider or travel agency of record.
Our role includes:
Connecting clients with verified third-party providers (clinics, doctors, recovery houses, transport operators, etc.);
Coordinating non-medical logistics such as lodging, ground transport, or itinerary planning;
Providing translation, communication, and general client support.
We do not perform medical procedures, provide medical advice, or guarantee outcomes.
All medical and aesthetic services are performed solely by independent, licensed third-party providers. You agree that your relationship and contract for medical services is directly with the provider, not Seamless.
A booking is considered confirmed only when the required deposit or full payment is received.
We accept credit/debit card payments via Stripe or other secure processors. By selecting an installment plan, you authorize Seamless to automatically charge your designated payment method for recurring payments until your balance is paid in full.
All bookings and consultations include a non-refundable $199 administrative fee, unless otherwise stated in writing.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Pricing may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations and supplier changes.
Seamless reserves the right to adjust pricing prior to booking confirmation.
Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of all funds paid to date.
Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation relative to your scheduled travel or service date.
Unless otherwise stated in your specific package or invoice, the following standard refund policy applies:
60+ days before scheduled start: Refundable minus the $199 non-refundable administrative fee and any non-recoverable supplier costs.
31–59 days before: 50% refundable minus administrative fee and supplier costs.
15–30 days before: 25% refundable minus administrative fee and supplier costs.
Within 14 days: Non-refundable.
Installment plans are refundable only for payments made prior to applicable deadlines. Unpaid future installments will be canceled.
Bookings may be transferred to another eligible participant (with Seamless approval) up to 30 days before scheduled travel or service start, subject to a $75 transfer fee.
We may cancel or reschedule experiences due to insufficient participation, force majeure, safety concerns, or supplier issues. In such cases, you will receive a refund of all recoverable amounts minus the non-refundable administrative fee.
We are not responsible for costs associated with flights, visas, vaccinations, or other arrangements outside your Seamless package.
We make every effort to operate experiences as planned. However, Seamless reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, schedules, or included services as needed for operational, safety, or logistical reasons.
We will communicate changes as soon as possible, and such modifications do not entitle clients to refunds unless the change materially alters the overall experience.
You are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions or concerns prior to booking.
Seamless does not provide medical evaluations or advice and cannot guarantee suitability for specific procedures or travel.
You agree to:
Consult your personal physician before undergoing any elective treatment;
Obtain any recommended medical clearances, vaccinations, or prescriptions; and
Comply with all post-procedure care instructions from your chosen provider.
Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in denial of services without refund.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel and medical insurance that covers:
Emergency medical expenses and evacuation;
Trip cancellation or interruption;
Lost luggage or personal items.
Seamless is not responsible for expenses incurred due to your failure to obtain adequate insurance coverage.
All clients are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly throughout their Seamless experience.
We reserve the right to remove any participant—without refund—for behavior that is unsafe, illegal, discriminatory, or disruptive to others, including but not limited to:
Harassment or abuse of staff, partners, or fellow travelers;
Refusal to follow local laws or safety protocols;
Possession or use of illegal substances.
You understand that travel, elective procedures, and related activities inherently involve risk — including but not limited to illness, injury, theft, or unforeseen events.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Seamless Cosmetic Travel (I Heart MDE LLC), its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any liability, claims, losses, or damages arising from:
Injury, illness, or death resulting from travel or medical procedures;
Errors, negligence, or omissions by third-party providers;
Acts of nature, civil unrest, or governmental actions.
Seamless does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
All medical procedures or consultations arranged through Seamless are performed by independent third-party providers under their own licenses and responsibility.
By engaging with Seamless, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for your participation, medical decisions, and personal well-being.
All content, trademarks, designs, and materials on our Site—including text, images, graphics, videos, and logos—are owned or licensed by Seamless Cosmetic Travel (I Heart MDE LLC).
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, or distribute any material from our Site without prior written consent.
By using our Site or submitting your information, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may use your data to:
Process inquiries, bookings, or communications;
Provide updates, promotions, or marketing content;
Improve our Services and client experience.
We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
Seamless shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or cancellations resulting from events beyond our control (“Force Majeure”), including but not limited to:
Natural disasters, pandemics, wars, political instability, strikes, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions.
No refunds or compensation will be provided beyond recoverable amounts from suppliers.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Seamless may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Revised Terms will be effective upon posting on the Site with a new effective date.
Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
